Hello!  If we are going to be working together, you probably want to know a little more about me.  I was born in Jacksonville, Florida. I relocated to Montrose, Colorado in 2001 to be closer to my parents that settled here when they retired.  I have been a Certified Massage Therapist for over 31 years, graduating from the Mandarin School of Chinese Medicine. Throughout the years I have challenged myself to actively keep learining and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meeet everyone's needs.  In my free time, I love being outdoors, mostly hiking and snowshoeing.  I also love to read, cook and spend time with my family and dog Oliver.  I am the owner of Advanced Wellness, a practice and website that allows me to share my love of skin care, massage therapy and foot zone with others.  I love helping others live their best life!
